They don't and for good reason.
The abuse of this type of post by people posting revenge porn and doxxing has become so widespread that sites are forced to ban any and all content like this simply to prevent them being shut down.
It is all but impossible to track consent especially as in many cases consent is given initially but then that person changes their mind. Most jurisdictions do not recognize the concept of enduring consent, in other words it can be withdrawn at any time.
This makes hosting images of this kind risky at best as they may no longer have consent so unless you have the time and resources to contact, and verify the person pictured the site is risking being shut down for good.
