I have to write here as punishment for wetting my bed. I peed my diaper while I was sleeping last night. I didn't even wake up when it happened which was extremely humiliating. I am not allowed to change my diaper or use the toilet until an hour after my scheduled wake up time. I woke up wet and was laying in bed trying not to wet again so I wouldn't soak through my diaper. It didn't happen, I couldn't hold my bladder and I peed 20 minutes before I could have used the toilet. I soaked my diaper and my bed. And I still couldn't change for another 20 minutes. I felt so embarassed laying in my piss. I had to also wear a diaper to work which makes me very self conscience. Having my bladder controlled and being humiliated turns me on and keeps me wet and aroused all day knowing I have no control. I love that I have no control and am being trained to lose physical control of my bladder so that I won't have a choice but to wear diapers all the time and be reminded constantly of my shame.
