Reasons to be punished

I have started a thread requesting punishments for eating too much.

But I have more reasons to be punished:

- I was disrespectful, inpatient with colleagues this week.
- Yesterday I did my study assignment superficially.
- This week I was watching too much porn content

Please help me with punishments to correct my behavior.
