I decided to do 100 push-ups every day. But I since I'm a lazy bitch, I figured a system of punishment should help. For example yesterdat I only did 40 push-ups, so for the 60 missing, I earned myself 60 spanks.
I will post each day the results of my efforts, and each day I will execute a suggested punishment in case of a failure to reach the goal.
