Took me a second to get it but the 4th hole sounds inviting. I see you post pictures on here.
How about this idea: Find 25 items. Can not be sex toys but rather only household items. Go from very thin like the handle of a makeup brush up to quite big like a can of coke. Show us all the holes each item can go in.
If you need some inspiration:
tv-remote, toothbrush (handle or brush side in first), hairbrush, wooden spoon, deo bottle, makeup (can be brushes, lipsticks and whatever fits), a ruler, pens (why don't you try out how many can go in each hole), knives (if you are into the harsher side of things), fingers (show us how many each hole can take).
