Get yourself an empty (or full) eye drop bottle and fill it up with water. Take about 1.20 meters (a bit over 4 feet) of sewing thread and secure it so that the midpoint of it is right over the tip of the bottle, and screw the cap on.

Now, go about your day... Go to work... Go shopping... Drive... Sleep... Shower... Do everything as normal. You should stay with that thing on you for at least 24 hours straight!
