Clip 5 clothes pegs onto each tit, one on each nipple and the rest spread around. Now you do push ups, for each 10 you finish you may remove 1 peg from each tit until you have finished 50 push ups. If you cant make the 50 and you stop at any point (a brief pause is allowed to remove the pegs) then you must sit out the remaining time as 10 minutes for every peg left on your tits. During the "sit out" time penalty you must sit with your hands on head and simply wait it out.
If you can complete this, or even if you cant, I have plenty more exercise tasks.

Ok so here is a task for you

Put 30 clothes pins on your body
1 on each nipple
10 surrounding each tit
1 on your clit
1 on your tongue
1 in your ass
And 5 along each labia

Now you are going to do a set of exercises
5 jumping jacks
5 crunches
5 pushup
5 lunges

Every time you complete a set you can remove a clothes pin by flicking it off
You have 1.5 hrs to complete 30 sets to get rid of all the clothes pins

Any you don't complete you must keep for 3 hrs and in that you must spend an hr outdoors
