Yes you can, BUT:

Pee in a bottle 3 times, then go in the shower and dump it all over your head, mouth open-it's your choice if you swallow or spit. If you have a bathtub, plug the drain so as all the pee remains there and lay in it for 10 minutes.
Then you may shower normally, but using ONLY cold water.
