A punishment to fit the crime

Since smoking is unhealthy the best response to counteract it is plenty of exercise.

Give yourself a nice wedgie. Front back and sides should be high as your underwear will allow without ripping. No other clothes allowed. You have to earn them.

1,000 push ups for a shirt.
3,000 squats for bottoms
5,000 sit-ups for shoes
7,000 jumping jacks for anything extra.

You are to keep that wedgie in all day after the exercise, it only comes out when you're asleep.

Also a diet will help.
You are to give up your favorite foods and drinks. Also no more soda,coffee, if you drink those.
All your snacks will be fruit or vegetables, for the three meals it's your choice but snacks it isn't.

This will be daily.
