My girlfriend is punishing me again and im diapered until she comes home at 7 pm tonight, untill then i have to complete every dare that someone gives me and also she told me to not mess the diaper, but told me for every reply i get i have to drink i big glass of water

Place a clamp on each nipple, then do 20 jumping jacks. If the left one is still attached, drink a glass of water before twisting it off. If the right one is still attached, drink a glass of water before smacking it off with a ruler. If both are still attached, do another 20 jumping jacks and repeat.
