Hello, I’m 35 and looking to get fitter and fitter. I live with my girlfriend and have go to work, but can spare some time for myself. I’d like you to give me rules for September or longer I need to follow. Below are the rules I have right now... I should workout or run at least 40 minutes at least twice a week
I have to take cold showers only, everyday
