Hello, I’m 35 and looking to get fitter and fitter. I live with my girlfriend and have go to work, but can spare some time for myself. I’d like you to give me rules for September or longer I need to follow. Below are the rules I have right now... I’ll edit the post to change them, add more, remove some, according to your posts and dares.
I should workout or run at least 40 minutes at least twice a week
I have to take cold showers only, everyday
I can’t cum by myself, only girlfriend can make me cum (staying horny might help for sports ?)
I should sleep in boxers or boxer briefs only
I will buy CHEAP underwear or toys you can chose for me preferably on amazon (please give links for all to see)
I can’t drink sodas anymore
