Arms tied to top bed posts, feet tied to bottom bedposts.
Clamps attached to balls looped around bedposts and then tied to opposite leg, similar arrangement with nipples and arms

I don't know if sleeping with clamps on anything is a good idea. Wouldn't blood flow be restricted?
Here's some ideas I came up with:
1 tie your legs spread eagle laying on your back, if you have handcuffs cuff your hands in front of you or tie them to the bedpost in front of you
2. spread eagle with your ass facing to the sky with a big object in your ass, tie one arm to the bedpost
3. ankles tied to thighs and hands tied behind back.

Setup - create an ice release lock - google it.
prior to sleep time drink as much liquid as you can.
now bind yourself to your bed using the ice release on your arms.
result - sleeping whilst tied down but the amount of liquid you drank should mean that you will need to pee prior to the ice melting.
