I believe that is too nice why don't she tie rope to your panties and tie it to your hair or collar and have you walk around the house and town like that. Wear a short skirt so people see how much it rises up this way it will humiliate you as well
If that is still too easy you will be punished by not wearing anything but the panties hanging from a tree or hanging from a flag pole near a public place you will be seen and let people look and touch you if they feel is right you will be like that until panties rip off. Once panties rip off you will be nude
