As stated, I am looking for a collar for my female slave, preferably one that looks like a necklace, the goal here is to find a collar that she can wear in public without publically outing herself, and preferably can have my name on it. Black will probably be best.

Well, depending on how she Dresses, it could be difficult. If she Dresses in a punk/goth/emo style, no Problem, Collars can be worn to that easily and won't be noticed as part of a bdsm Lifestyle.
