Go for the prince albert. I've had mine in for 6 years now and stretched it up to 6mm. Wouldn't be without it now.

I started a Ladder once, and the fear of it getting ripped out was always constant, Took it out for a surgery I was having and it closed right up. with a prince albert you wont be having sex awhile, and will be peeing funny.
