Might be kind of obviuos for 1, how about hair?
For 3 the arrow looks to be pointed at the corpus callosum but I'm not sure as that extends around most of that red area?

Yes he is being pressed so you're nearing the correct answer. Think about force. All of the words have a particular concept in common which relates to the final word.

Well the general area could be the temporal lobe which is considered the emotional centre of the brain. So maybe emotion = E which is at least one more vowel!
